Everything You Need to Know Before Refreshing Your Garage

How much does a garage cleanout cost?

Every project is unique, so pricing is based on the volume of items being removed, ease of access, labor required, and disposal needs.

Our professional garage cleanout service begins at $497, with most projects receiving a customized proposal following a complimentary Project Assessment.

You'll always know the investment before any work begins.

Is there a minimum service charge?

Yes. Our minimum project investment is $497.

This allows us to provide a professional, fully insured service that includes labor, hauling, disposal, a basic sweep-out, and before-and-after documentation.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes.

Every project begins with a complimentary Project Assessment where one of our Project Advisors visits your property, evaluates the scope of work, answers your questions, and provides a customized proposal.

PRICING
How soon can you come?

Scheduling depends on current demand and project size.

Many projects can be scheduled within several business days, while larger projects may require additional planning.

We'll discuss scheduling options during our initial phone consultation.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. We ask that someone 18 years or older be present during the Project Assessment and available at the beginning of the project to confirm which items are approved for removal.

If special arrangements are needed, we'll discuss those with you in advance.

OUR SERVICES
Do I need to sort everything before you arrive?

No.

Our Phase 1 service is designed to remove the items you've identified for disposal or removal.

Before work begins, we'll walk through the garage with you to clearly identify what stays and what goes.

Once approved, our team handles the heavy lifting.

Can I change my mind during the project?

We strive to dispose of items responsibly whenever practical.

Depending on the condition of the materials, items may be:

  • Repurposed when possible

Our goal is to reduce unnecessary landfill waste whenever practical while completing your project efficiently.

  • Donate them

  • Repurpose them
